Why isn't Moulson on Tavaras' line?

Tavares didn't invite him to his tupperware party, so this is Moulson's way of pouting about it.

Moulson has looked slow, bad defensively and hasn't generated any offense (his last goal was off his ass on a Tavares shot)

The lines are juggled to try and give JT a couple of linemates who can actually move on the ice and generate some offense. So far, mixed results. Beware the second line, that's the one that's scoring most of our goals (when grabner was there, bouchard isn't impressing at all)

still very much against Nelson sitting, and hopefully Martin and Clutterbuck will end out on the same line again for a while, that entertained me

Mostly our goaltending has struggled.. but the team play has been far better than its been in years... I am not trying to be a Richard but I think this is a good recipe for Edmonton... I think we are due for a confidence booster- and NYI is the right team to do it against...

Anyone think Clutterbuck takes a run at Hall? Some pay back?

I think the Isles or anyone is in trouble mid you look at the Oilers record and think it'll be easy. 7th in the league in goals scored and the biggest difference is most are 5 on 5. If we get a decent game from Duby, its going to be a lot tougher than you think.

With the Isles horrible defense, they better not look past anyone. Isles just lost to Buffalo.

Better get Reimer and Gardiner from Toronto. Their fans will ask for JT and Hamonic back....

Need to win these next three games. Edmonton has some great forwards that can burn our defense but their defense and goaltending is just as bad if not worst. I smell a back in forth game. 6-4 Isles

They lose tonight and I want Poulin to get 3 straight games and Nelson back in and Strait or Hickey out of the lineup.

Carkner is out. Strait stays even thought he cost us the game.

carkner was good last game and if oilers werent a quick young team im on board with you, but strait is nowhere close to being as slow as carkner.

I don't understand all the important ice time that Bouchard is getting, I realize the guy has talent, but he should still have to earn his ice time like everyone else. And so far he hasn't earned squat.

the only thing i can come up with is that he is on a short leash and they are giving him his chance to prove what he can do. to me thats the only answer otherwise youre right, not sure why hes getting these minutes-- or any minutes for that matter.

I still don't think Hall's hit on Clutterbuck was overly dirty. I think it looked a lot worse than it actually was and was only magnified by the fact that Clutterbuck went down instantly in a huge amount of pain. That said, I'm sure that Clutter still harbors some resentment towards Hall as a result of the hit. I'm sure he'll try and put him on the trolley tracks, but I can't imagine he's going to go out there with the intent of throwing cheapshots Taylor's way.

I'll be at the game, looking forward to seeing all the Oilers young talent.

Between him & the same old same old Kyle Okposo showing up this year & getting the ice time he's been getting... its odd to say the least.

A little defensive? I don't think anyone here thinks it's going to be an easy game. Especially considering our team hasn't been playing to their ability yet.
